The Opportunity: What You Will Do:
This role is for a highly organized and meticulous Assembly Technician responsible for the complete build-out of our products.
- Precision Assembly: Perform high-quality assembly of electronic and electro-mechanical products, strictly following engineering blueprints, schematics, and Work Instructions (WIs).
- Wiring & Fabrication: Build and test complex wiring harnesses and perform intricate control panel wiring (if applicable to experience).
- Tool Operation: Utilize a range of hand tools, power tools, and specialized test equipment to ensure functional and quality builds.
- Logistics Support: Assist with the preparation of finished goods for shipment, including palletizing and/or crating, and support general shipping/receiving duties.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to a smooth workflow by consistently maintaining a reliable and timely presence in the facility.
What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):
- Experience: Proven, 2+ years of hands-on experience in electronic and electro-mechanical assembly.
- Technical Literacy: Demonstrated ability to read and accurately interpret technical documents, including assembly drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and wiring diagrams/schematics.
- Physical Requirements: Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing tasks related to product preparation and shipping logistics.
- Work Ethic: A solid, dependable work history supported by professional references.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a demonstrable willingness to learn new assembly processes and emerging technologies.

- Expert Soldering Skills: Proven capability in high-quality soldering for electronic components.
