Position Overview:
We're seeking an enthusiastic, creative, self-starter for Marketing Specialist to support marketing, trade show initiatives. This role will help execute our digital presence, event coordination, and content creation while learning about the industrial IoT and EV charging industries.

- Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics.
- 3- 5 years min experience in technology-based environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of SEO/SEM.
- Large-scale trade show coordination.
- Proven B2B marketing experience.
Event Support:
- Coordinate trade show logistics and shipping.
- Assist with booth setup and event materials.
- Manage event calendars and deadlines.
- Support pre- and post-show communications.
Content Creation:
- Assist in developing marketing materials and product collateral.
- Create social media graphics and content.
- Launching new products.
- Engaging industry publications & associations.
- Support case study development.
- Help maintain product documentation.
Digital & Social Media:
- Manage company social media accounts, primarily LinkedIn.
- Update website content using CMS.
- Create and schedule social media posts.
- Track engagement metrics and prepare reports.
Marketing Operations:
- Maintain marketing collateral inventory.
- Organize digital asset library.
- Track marketing metrics and create reports.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials.
Personal Qualities:
- Self-starter with strong initiative.
- Quick learner eager to understand technical products.
- Team player with positive attitude.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Interest in industrial technology and sustainability.
Location: Chandler, AZ.
Travel Requirements: 10%-20% for trade shows and events.
